At PSO, we know that our success depends on the success of our community. No one can make it through all of life's challenges alone. We're here to help. We contribute to and participate in many of the city's fundraisers and civic oraganizations.
PSO is based on the principle of community involvment. Board service is one of the most valuable assets the business community can offer nonprofits and it is an excellent way for businesses to contribute intellectual capital.
Our employees are encouraged to serve on boards of nonprofit organizations in their community.
Lee M. Osborne, President - served five years on the Investment Advisory Board for the City of La Quinta, which includes two years as chairman. Mr. Osborne also served six years on the city council, including three years as chairman of the Redevelopment Agency (fifth largest in the state of California) and one year as Mayor Pro Tem.
Pedro T. Rincon, Partner - currently serves for Xavier College Preparatory High School as president and has been a board member since 2005. Mr. Rincon is also a board member for Reynaldo J. Carreon M.D. Foundation, which includes two years as president.
Lester R. Peterson, CPA - has been a member of the Indio Rotary since 1975. Mr. Peterson has also been serving the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Coachella Valley as president since 1979 and prior to that as treasurer for many years. Lastly, he's also serving the Community Blood Bank Center as treasurer and has been doing so for the last six years.
Jennifer J. Gomez, Account Manager - Alumni for the Leadership Coachella Valley, graduated in 2008.
Bruce Legaweic, Account Manager - Bruce served over fifteen years for the Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce, which includes one year as president. Mr. Legaweic currently serves the Desert Hospitality Association of Accountants and has been doing so since 1955. For the past three years, he has also served the Founding Board Member of Sunrise Community Bank and the Desert Estate Planning Council.
