| The founders of the firm started providing accounting services to the Coachella Valley in the early 1950s. In the early 1960s, they became Coachella Valley Tax Service. In 1978, the firm evolved yet again and became Peterson Slater & Butvidas. In 1995, Lee M. Osborne joined the company as tax manager. In 1998, he became president and owner of the accountancy corporation known today as Peterson Slater & Osborne. Since then, Adam R. Ochoa and Pedro T. Rincón have become partners in the firm. In 2004, they acquired the firm of Michael Mendoza, CPA. The firm’s success is based on integrity, professionalism, and community service. |
