Professional History
Lester began his career in 1965 as an Audit Supervisor for Ernst & Ernst in Santa Ana and Los Angeles, California. In 1972, he became treasurer of Richard A. Glass Company in Indio, California. From 1978 to 1998, he served as president and owner of Peterson Slater & Butvidas (known today as Peterson Slater & Osborne).
An active member of the community, Lester is involved with numerous area nonprofits and has served on the board of directors of Boys & Girls Club of Coachella Valley since 1974.
