Why he’s involved in the community: I believe that community involvement is very important. A great community depends on people who care and are willing to get involved. I am very fortunate and honored to have been allowed to serve as a City Council member.
Why he loves being a CPA: Someone once asked me if I get tired of looking at numbers all day. I told them that I look at those numbers to tell me where the business came from, where it is now and where it is going. I enjoy working with a business and the many challenges it brings, and helping my clients face those challenges.
Best advice for businesses: Plan, plan, plan. Many times a business owner is so busy working at the business that they do not take time to work on the business. This is where a CPA firm can come in and help business owners plan for growth and prepare to deal with the many challenges that arise.
