Professional History
Elisa joined Peterson Slater & Osborne in 2006, after owning an accounting practice specializing in consulting, bookkeeping and income tax preparation. Elisa became a CPA after an illustrious 18-year career with Marriott International. She held several accounting positions in properties from New York to California, including stints as Director of Finance at the Marina del Rey Marriott and LaGuardia Marriott Hotel.
During her time with Marriott International, she was responsible for properties grossing as much as $30 million annually. Her duties, over the years, included: production of financial statements, forecasting and budgeting, operational analysis and trend reporting, development of pricing and business strategy, capital planning, control and budgeting, and labor management.
